So, About That One Thing You Know Us For

A funny thing happens when you do a job well for long enough: people file you under exactly one heading and close the drawer.

For a lot of folks, that heading is "Forshay, the People search firm." Which we love. We've placed a lot of brilliant People leaders, and we remain excited to take that work off your plate. 

But every so often a client we've known for years finds out we also run CFO and COO searches, and there's this pause. "Wait, you do finance leaders too?" We do. We have for years.

So we redesigned Forshay.com to tell the whole story, not just the chapter you happened to walk in on.

Here's the full picture:

Executive search. Across the People Leadership team (CPO, Comp, Talent, L&D, Culture), yes. Also CFO, COO, and the VP & Director hires who quietly shape whether next year goes well.

Interim and fractional. Senior leaders who are the right fit and ready now, for the stretch before a permanent hire makes sense (or the incredible gift of “try before you buy” for both sides).

Team performance. The work that turns a group of talented people into a team who actually functions together, including how AI is changing the way teams operate. All of it built to hold up when the consultants leave the room (yeah, we’re giving the big consulting companies side eye here…).

To be sure, getting known for one thing isn't a bad problem to have. It usually means we did that thing well enough that it stuck. We're not complaining.

We'd just love for you to know the rest of us too.
