Formats We Offer

Every gap is different, and the format should match the need, not the other way around

Fractional

Senior leaders who work part-time depending on your needs. Ideal when you need C-level thinking but don't need (or aren't ready for) a full-time hire.

Contract

Either part-time or full-time, these dedicated experts embed in your team for a defined period. They operate like they are part of your team, but remain on our payroll and are supported by the knowledge and experience of the full Forshay team. 

Project-based

Targeted support for a specific initiative, transition, or buildout. Scoped to the work, not the calendar.

When Interim Is Ideal

When Interim Becomes Direct Hire

Sometimes the best way to find the right longer-term hire is to work together first. An interim engagement lets you work together in real conditions before either side commits.

You get to see how someone operates inside your culture, navigates your team, and handles the actual challenges of the role. They get to experience what it's really like to work at your company. When both sides have that information, the decision to convert to an employee role is grounded in evidence, not hope.
